These Payment Terms set out payment rules for purchases made at www.hnrelon.com. Completing checkout means you accept these payment conditions. This document shall be read together with our Terms of Service, Return & Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.
1. Accepted Payment Methods We support commonly‑used secure payment options including credit card, debit card and other third‑party secure payment services displayed on the checkout page. Hnrelon does not store your full credit‑card details on our servers; payment processing is completed via certified secure payment‑service providers.
2. Order Payment Completion Your order will start processing only after full payment is successfully received. If payment fails or times‑out, your order will not be confirmed. You may retry payment or submit a brand‑new order.
3. Pricing, GST and Charges All product prices shown on www.hnrelon.com already include Australian GST. Shipping fees and any other supplementary costs are separately shown at checkout before payment confirmation. You pay exactly the final total amount displayed on the checkout page.
4. Security of Payments All payment connections use industry‑standard encryption technology to protect your payment data. Please keep your payment‑instrument information confidential. We will never send emails or messages requesting you to provide card PIN or full security codes outside the official checkout flow.
5. Refund Payment Rules All refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. The arrival time of funds depends on your bank or payment‑provider processing cycles, which is outside our direct control. No extra charges will be deducted from refund amounts.
6. Failed & Duplicate Charges If you notice an accidental duplicate charge or unauthorised charge related to our store, please contact our support team promptly with your order number and transaction record. We will investigate and resolve accordingly.
7. Promotions, Discount Codes & Vouchers When using discount codes or promotional vouchers, please respect each promotion’s validity period, minimum‑order conditions and usage restrictions. Discount codes cannot usually be combined with other ongoing promotions unless explicitly stated.
8. Suspension or Cancellation of Orders for Payment‑Related Reasons We reserve the right to cancel or suspend orders in suspected fraud scenarios, disputed payments or payment‑provider risk alerts. We will notify you when such situations occur.
9. Invoices Upon customer request, we can issue a purchase invoice corresponding to your completed order. Please provide required invoicing details when contacting support.
